Salam perkenalan buat mereka yang belum benar-benar mengenali diri ini..
Baru-baru ini,aku telah mengikuti satu program atau festival yang dianjurkan oleh Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyah of Law di Gombak pada hujung minggu yang lalu.Actually i went there under the MELEX organisation which is known as the law students' society in the CFS Nilai.We arrived there at almost 9.30 a.m and the opening ceremony had already done.actually we were a little bit late because of transportation matters.The venue was at the moot court which i think is quite massive.Then we sit in the 'hall' and just listened to what the speakers were saying about.
At first,it caught my attention as the topic was about the controversy of the International Security Act,which had cause a dilemma in people's mind throughout the country recently.It had been discussed by the the ministers about the relevance of abolishing it and continuing it.To me it must not be abolished at all as it is an act that concerns about the people's safety in the country.It detained person who made such a chaos or havoc in the state that might distract the peace in the country.For instance,the leaders of Hindraf and leaders of Jemaah Islamiah.So,taht's isa my opinion about that.However,as what they had said in the talks,most if them agreed that it have to be abolish as the freedom of voice out is concerned.But it must be a replacement in order to govern the law pertaining to the matters involved.Some people viewed that there is nothing to do with the abolishing but it should be amended in order to make it relevant.Then,one of my acquaintances asked the speaker;to what extent it should be just amendment rather than to abolish it because it had be issued years before,so it's the time.
I believe that everyone must be responsible to this particular matter as it is our human's right.If the somebody stop our freedom of voice out,there must be a fringement of right.
